LumaDev is the studio I founded to build software the way I learned it should be built: by someone who keeps the operation running end to end, from the shop floor to the deploy.

01 / Story
My career started in infrastructure, at a large company with a mature, highly structured IT department. But in 2024 my life changed completely. I was one of the victims of the floods that hit Rio Grande do Sul, I lost nearly everything and had to leave my city to start over somewhere else.
In that restart came the chance to take over the entire IT area of a metalworking company. I went from a consolidated structure to the challenge of building processes, and running servers, networks, ERP, security, support and infrastructure practically on my own.
Over time I realized keeping systems alive was no longer enough. I started building internal tools, automating processes and creating solutions for problems that used to be solved by hand. Without noticing it, infrastructure had led me into development.
LumaDev came out of that. Not an agency that delivers a screen and disappears, but a studio that answers for the whole chain: the code, the integration and the server it runs on.

03 / Projects
Software built for real operations and for the corporate side of the company: ERP integrations, process automation, internal communication and IT service desk.
Direct bridge between the ERP and HSA labelling printers: the production order defines the product and the system assembles and sends the label layout by itself, with no operator touching a template.
Generation and printing of EAN/DUN labels driven straight by the ERP: the production order defines the content and the system writes the layout in ZPL for Zebra printers.
Automated inventory of an entire IT estate: every machine reports itself, so hardware, software and history stop living in spreadsheets and become traceable data.
Double check of shipped goods on barcode data collectors: the app pulls the order or invoice straight from the ERP and validates item by item, so nothing leaves the dock wrong.
A single control panel for every internal application: shared hosting running on on-premises infrastructure, with deploy, services and access managed from one place instead of server by server.
An automation hub for ERP reports: it reads the database and delivers ready reports in whatever shape the area needs, production planning, sales, administration, on schedule and with no one exporting spreadsheets by hand.
Corporate communication platform with profiles, groups and real time chat. Deployed on premises or in the cloud, it puts every internal conversation on infrastructure the company owns, with full history and no dependency on third party messengers.
A module coupled to Relay that turns every change in the internal systems into a release announcement: publishes to the corporate portal and delivers it by e-mail, so improvements actually reach the people who use them.
Service desk that gives IT demand a formal process: every request is logged, prioritized and followed through to closure, with full history per ticket and the numbers needed to show where the team’s time actually goes.
04 / Career
Fullstack development with Python and PHP backends and HTML, CSS and JavaScript frontends, working end to end: from the application and APIs to the infrastructure that keeps them up. I design REST (JSON) APIs and integrations between systems, connecting internal apps, ERPs and third-party services. Specialist in AI integration, embedding intelligent features straight into applications with API Key authentication. Responsible for systems hosted on VPS (CyberPanel/LiteSpeed), including Linux administration, security and incident response.
I lead the whole technology area of a company with more than 50 years of history, answering for infrastructure, systems and the roadmap of internal development. I standardized the environment, put asset control in place and turned manual routines into software, taking the area from reactive support to a strategic partner of the business.

I coordinated the technical team of a national technology provider, answering for service quality and for the process behind it. I ran incidents and crises under pressure with fast decisions, and delivered projects inside scope, deadline and budget while keeping the client close to the operation.

Technical reference for a mature, highly structured IT environment: Windows Server, virtualization, networks, SIP telephony and corporate systems such as SAP, GLPI and ERP VOALLE. As technical lead I supervised the team, defined standards and turned recurring problems into permanent solutions. This is where I learned what a well built operation looks like.

Technical drawing, 3D modeling and audiovisual production for games and simulators, working alongside the development team so that what was designed could actually be built.

Technical support and maintenance of workstations, printers and internal networks in a high discipline environment, where downtime was not an option. Process, method and responsibility came from here.

Technical drawing, image and video editing and 3D modeling applied to the development of games and simulators, my first professional contact with a real production pipeline.

Where it all started: 3D modeling for games and simulators, learning inside a real team that delivery, deadline and detail are what separate an idea from a product.
